Sandboxes
Sandboxes are isolated OpenPond workspaces for running template workflows, reviewing files, collecting artifacts, and testing app behavior before turning it into a durable product surface.
Use sandboxes when you need to:
- launch a validated template with user-provided inputs
- run commands in a Firecracker-backed workspace
- keep durable files in mounted volumes
- approve scoped integrations for one workflow
- inspect logs, terminal output, previews, snapshots, and receipts
Normal workflow
- Choose an organization.
- Create a sandbox or launch a template.
- Attach inputs, secrets, volumes, or integration leases.
- Run the default command, an action, or a service.
- Inspect logs, files, artifacts, previews, and receipts.
- Stop, archive, restore, fork, or delete the sandbox.
